Although there were some bumps along the way. These are amazing windows and there has been a huge improvement in quietness and temperature in my home. Just be very patient.
All of the individuals we dealt with were professional and friendly. The only concern is that it appears some of the windows were not measured exactly to fit which caused the installers to have to make adjustments to the windows.
