Our experience with Universal Windows was overall excellent. they made beautiful and good quality windows in only 8 weeks. the installers were very professionals, they did a clean job in good manner time. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to start a new windows project in home. We are very happy with our new windows. Thank you.
The crew arrived on Monday for what was scheduled as a 3 or 4 day job, they finished on Monday. Work was dine quickly, cleanly, and was no trash left. Windows look great and wirk as promised
At this point I would recommend the windows, they are very well built. the install crew was very good. but after have to try 3 time to get them installed and 2 days off work for me (schedulers mix up) and the job not being done because 1 window wasn't measured right. I have not been contacted on a time line to get the job finished. they did call to see if i was happy with the install. on the Monday after they started, but haven't heard anything since then.
