Other than the 2 hour presentation it was fairly seamless. Installers were very professional & on time.

I am was overall happy with the windows, but working with the company has been hard. Mostly around communicating. I never heard from them after manufacturing delays unless I reached out to them. They set high expectations but did not meet them regarding how long it was going to take to get the windows. Installation was fine, but would have liked a walk through regarding care and usage.

Universal windows was very great in explaining everything showed me the whole window, took it apart demonstrated every piece.
