We were not happy that the salesperson who took our order told us one thing and the measuring person told us another in regard to replacing the window framing on the house like we asked for. The salesperson also told us he would stop by during the installation and did not. The salesperson at the home and garden show had us excited for the free financing but failed to mention you had to put 40% down with the order to get that.
