I really liked my salesman. When my windows came in, the window that was ordered for the dining room was the wrong one. I ordered a 1/4, 1/2, 1/4. When I contacted customer service she told me that if I wanted a different window, I would have to pay additional for that window. What? She told me that when the guy came out and measured for the window, when I signed a form that he said just said that he was out here, was binding saying that what he put down and they ordered was the window 1/3,1/3,1/3.
