They did a good job putting windows in but my screen to a big window frame came out. It took a month to come back. There was a receptionist that was really rude when I called to ask about my item. I had another company to finish the eigh other window due to this situation. 16 window total.
My concern when I purchased window was reduced area of glass. as the amount of light due to reduced area of glass. My sales representative told me it would be same glass area. I can see that it is smaller glass area.

The windows and supervisor support were good. The not-so-good was promises that were made to use lead-safe practices (the guys who showed up to do the work were unaware that this request had been made multiple times to literally everyone I talked to at your company). Crew was late without letting us know - they said they tried to call but didn't leave a voicemail and phone didn't indicate they tried to call. When I complained about these things the supervisor was helpful, which was nice.
Still waiting on installation of second window not planning to make any recommendations

Our windows were installed improperly. The installers left nails and wires inside and outside of the house.

I ordered this door on 6/2 and the completed door was not done until11/1. The first door was 5" too small. The second door opened on the incorrect side of the patio door where my blinds were. The workers left a big hole in the molding around the door and just filled it with caulk. It looked horrible. The third time they were coming at a time I had a corporate meeting and told them of that.
