There needs to be better communication. We were not called when the installers were late. We found out about it when WE called the office. They gave us a revised ETA and assured us that if there were any other delays that we would be called. They were later than the revised time but there was no call. Finally, they showed up to do the installation. When they were done, they had us sign the papers. So much information was not told to us when we bought them. We were told that a storage fee would be charged to us if we had to wait to install and we had to start paying for the windows before we even had them
