The doctor listened to me from the minute, the call started. Very easy to work with for minor issues, fast and expedient service!
I liked not having to go to an office. With my back pain, riding in a car is extremely painful. Talking to a doctor remotely was perfect. I was able to lie flat in the least painful position and talk to the doctor.
I loved the virtual option because I honestly didn’t feel like sitting at urgent care with my 2 year old and a horrible toothache. I love the services I received with the fast response.
My appointment was quick and the PA was pleasant and cleat.
I went into the ER on July 4th. Clearly fewer staff on a holiday. Everyone was helpful and kind. Was able to get an EKG, CAT Scan and blood tests I needed to find out what was happening with me so they could send me home. Took some time. But ER always does.
I was very frustrated because I talk to to pay a co-pay, even though I have paid my out-of-pocket maximum. So I canceled my initial appointment. To my great surprise and pleasure, somebody followed up after confirming my need to not pay a co-pay and reschedule my appointment for me with the Lakewood urgent care.
