Wow, this was the easiest experience to go through. First off, Mandy Picone was so kind and very prompt with her responses. My virtual visit was scheduled for 9:15 and she was there at 9:15! Since my symptoms could have been strep or a virus, she sent me to the UH Urgent Care in Kent for a throat swab. I might have been there ten minutes before I was swabbed and out the door.
