Jim, the physicians assistant was awesome. He listened to me in my symptoms and address them accordingly. I was pretty drained and it was nice to not have to get dressed and go to an office for the visit. Thank you, Jim, physicians assistant for your understanding and direction.

Britney did an outstanding job when she saw my son Ronny (video-call) for his influenza B. She was very thorough in her explanation, took the time to answer all our questions, and made sure we understood everything about his care.
