Jim, the PA that helped me was amazing. I was surprised that I set up a virtual visit in Concord and Jim was at the Broadview Hrs location. The virtual visit was easy to use. Jim was very thorough and easy to talk to

As a nurse, I can say this was a great experience. I was too nauseous to go sit somewhere, so the virtual visit was best for me. I felt he was very thorough in his questions and virtual exam and gave me the correct treatment. I feel much better today and was grateful for the virtual visit.
Doctors was very good at diagnosing the condition and prescribed the medication that worked!
The doctor was very nice & very helpful & informative. The appt time was off though.
