My only problem was the computer and that was probably more me than the computer. Regardless of not being able to enter my photo ID and insurance card my information was accepted. I should be in UH's system. Plus somehow I schedule an in person appt and not a virtual appt. However, I received a call back and the person I talked to was very helpful and kind. Thank you!
