I was so impressed with how the staff listened to me, and how quickly I was in and out of there. I was not offered services I didn’t need (which seems to be the norm these days), the intake paperwork was minimal, and no wait time. Staff were all very kind and helpful. The thing that meant the most to me though - I have a past medical history of addiction and every time I’ve gone to a medical facility not associated with my PCP, I’ve been treated like I’m a piece of trash. The doctor and nurse were very pleasant, and took the time necessary to review my symptoms. They did a swap for testing various viruses and I got the results back quickly. The only negative thing was the wait time. I spent over an hour between the waiting room and the patient room. I understand that you can’t control that but when you do t feel well, sitting there for more than an hour feels like a long time.
Just want to say thank you! I was feeling miserable and the nurse practitioner and everyone from the moment I came in was amazing.
Great experience. I was in and out of there very quickly. Everyone was kind and attentive to why I was there.
