This was my first time using UH Urgent Care. All staff at Broadview Hts. UH Urgent Care were very kind, knowledgeable and great to work with. I needed to have a bug bite examined and left with peace of mind! I also received a follow-up call the next day asking if I felt better and if I needed anything else. Wonderful Experience! I will definitely recommend this Urgent Care location .

Such an amazing seamless quick experience! I never once felt overwhelmed or uncomfortable like at most ER or urgent cares facilities. Could not speak highly enough of the staff as they were kind and caring and took the time with me.
