Checked in immediately upon arrival, greeted by receptionist who was very friendly. Wait time was great! Nurse took us to exam room and did vitals and usuals of questions and asked reason for visit. Nurse Practitioner examined my eyes, sent RX to pharmacy. I am satisfied with the care provided to me.Â

I was at the UH Broadview Hts Urgent Care two weeks in row— first for a broken ankle then for tonsillitis. Rebecca Pollack provided treatment. She was knowledgeable, compassionate and took the necessary time to process my concerns. The facility is easy to locate, clean, and parking is good. The support staff is polite and professional. Overall a positive experience despite my issues!Â
