Everyone was very nice and I had a great experience. I felt heard and respected. My appointment was for 9:30 and I was over and done with everything by 10 so they were quick and efficient. Overall comfortable vibe. I would come here again.
I love the brand new facility and how quick and easy it is to get an appointment. We end up waiting ages to be seen by the physician though. And as with all UH providers he spoke so fast and was in such a rush I could barely keep up. The PA was awesome though and she made the visit very positive for myself and my son.
I recently visited here and was impressed with the overall experience. The staff was professional, attentive, and compassionate throughout my visit. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to the sense of comfort. My appointment was handled efficiently, and the medical team took the time to explain my condition and treatment options clearly. While there was a bit of a wait time, the quality of care made it worthwhile.
The whole process of setting up an appointment, getting checked in and being treated was very straightforward and easy. I am someone who gets incredibly sensitive and nervous with doctors in general, but every one was incredibly professional, warm and kind. The receptionist was kind from greeting to goodbye. The doctor who saw me was very informative, provided options and thorough instructions about treatment. I felt comfortable and safe, and most importantly taken care of.
The lady at the front desk was very rude. I did have a co pay, as drive to bank I realized I did not want to go back to that place. Treat me like a human. I’m sick, don’t treat me like a dog. I have a good job and good insurance. I went to a Cleveland clinic and got ten times better service. It was just the front desk lady for me. I’m sure the rest of the staff is fine.
