The Doctor and his staff were OUTSTANDING!!! Their professionalism and empathy was exemplary. These folks should be the standard for all medical care! I was treated with respect and kindness from the minute I walked in the door. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at University Hospitals Urgent Care – Cleveland Edgewater (minus, of course, the fact that I needed urgent care in the first place). It’s truly comforting to know I have a place like this right in my neighborhood.
