My complaint was taken care of with urgency, The front desk registered was supper, the nurse and doctors was awesome thank to Dr. Spaner and his team for the assessment and getting me the medication for my symptoms đź‘Ť.Â

My appointment was on 8-2-25 @ 8:12 am, l was out by 9am, The staff was very nice and professional. The doctor had a very good bed side manner, explained things so you could . Keep up the great job.Â

NP, Bill Spanner, his student, Lorenzo and his MA ( I can’t remember her name) were thorough , kind and compassionate! I felt so crummy and although they couldn’t pinpoint my problem, they suggested what might be going on and sent me to Ahuja ER for more testing. They were great!Â

I was only there 5 min and the fire dept to take me to erÂ
Very professional and completely knowledgeable about my issues they were very kind considerate and understanding of my issues. This is the best urgent care facility I have ever visited and will continue to receive care at the facility.Â

Providers were good. Only issue was asking for a manual BP reading - no manual cuffs!Â
Staff was wonderful! Loved my treating professional! I think her first name was Julia. In addition receptionist great and medical assistant very kind , professional and friendly! I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care! Facility appeared in need of a facelift, but once again staff was great!Â
