Need more than one provider and 3 patients who arrived after me were seen and taken care of before me till I spoke up for myself front desk staff kind and professional wait time for two patients substantially longer than any other urgent care

I don't normally write reviews but this one is warranted. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time at the Shaker Heights urgent care. Did the registration. Got to the clinic on time. We checked in. We waited. As we’re waiting in walks another patient approximately 20-25 minutes after our scheduled time. Somehow this patient was seen before my 1 year old. Rushed, incomplete exam, condescending and paternalistic provider who gave demonstrably incorrect “advice” based on an incomplete exam. Front desk staff is kind and patient. Issue is with provider only.
