Facility- clean, neat, well kept Front Desk - Receptionist, friendly and professional, organized Triage Nurse- friendly, focused, professional, explained what she was going to do and proceeded On Staff Doctor - polite, friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain, answer questions and ensured I understood. The intake nurse was excellent. She was professional, attentive, and made the experience feel welcoming from the start. Unfortunately, the interaction with the physician, Ingi Elgamili, was the complete opposite. When Dr. Elgamili finally came in, it felt as though my visit was an inconvenience to her. There was a noticeable delay before she even checked on me, and when she did, the interaction lasted roughly thirty seconds. My experience with this Urgent Care in Solon, Ohio wasn’t bad, I was able to seen fairly quickly, the two things that I had concerns with was that I was told about some new policy that recently took effect about holding one of my credit cards on file to basically use as the Urgent Care see fit, if for whatever reasons the insurance company doesn’t cover your claim, then they have the right to bill your card up to 299.00 within a 90 day period, so if the insurance company process is slow then you the patient will be expected... read more
We I arrived. I wasn’t greeted. The Girl that was supposed to be seated ay the front was sitting in an office just talking away in conversation with another employee. I waited 10 minutes, I made my way around the front to ask if anyone could help me. She seemed annoyed and was not very nice, kinda rude. The actual medical staff was very nice and took care of me promptly. The receptionist was the unpleasant part.
I just read my clinical notes and almost every that they listed that they did, they didn’t do. They did not check my ears, throat, nose. They did not listen to my breathing. They took my blood pressure, temperature and oxygen level only. They then swabbed my nose. That was it. They did not give me a prescription for an antibiotic. I did not have a fever. I was not told to take muxinex. They did not check for swollen glands.
This is a follow up to my earlier review. After going online and scheduling an appointment for 10 AM this morning as I earlier stated, I was there for an extremely long time because there was only one provider working the building. It was very crowded. a lot of people needed urgent care although I’m not sure I would use the word urgent for this facility. I sat in a room waiting for my doctor for one hour and 20 minutes.
