Tonya did a great job taking care of my problem. ( I think her name was Tonya, but not sure). She was efficient and she was very careful to go get the NP or Doctor ( whichever she was), when she was concerned that my husband might have been having a stroke. He does have aphasia so he did respond with inappropriate answers to the questions, but she wasted no time getting someone else to assess him.

Facility- clean, neat, well kept Front Desk - Receptionist, friendly and professional, organized Triage Nurse- friendly, focused, professional, explained what she was going to do and proceeded On Staff Doctor - polite, friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain, answer questions and ensured I understood. Over all 10 out of 10 perfect score Thank you

Was seen for a UTI. Given antibiotic after quick test. When labs came back, I realized that the proscribed antibiotic didn’t cover one of the bacteria. I called and they sent in another prescription. This prescription was for 2 pills twice a day for 7 days (total 28 pills). The proscriber ordered 20 pills - a simple math error. Three calls to Urgent Care to try to correct this error and so far…crickets.
