I responded to an advertisement for a vehicle at this dealership. It was advertised at one price but after digitally signing the contract it was $1195 dollars more than advertised. When I asked them to correct it they refused. This is typical bait and switch. Please if you’re out of town don’t be as stupid as I was, hire somebody. I was taken by the beautiful pics ( none showing any flaw) plus a clean carfax one owner 37.000 miles 2005 bmw 330ci, I was sucked in . Car rides well, but the clean carfax is bogus, and they knew it. The car has been smashed big time on the driver’s side from the driver’s door and back. My quarter panel is all full of bondo. I was looking for an older model bmw 330ci . They had one in the fishers li action that looked incredible, a 2005, with only 37.000 miles and a one owner clean carfax. But I was in NY, and made the capital mistake of not arranging for a third party inspection. Something my salesperson Tim, pointed out AFTER I received the car and lodged my many complaints. My experience with this dealer was totally unacceptable. Gary (salesman) first refused to hold the car over the weekend even though I was willing to make a significant down payment. He implied the vehicle would sell very fast since it was in great condition, but a little research revealed an inspection done by a BMW dealership concluded the vehicle needed almost $7000.00 worth of repairs, including safety issues like brakes and rear suspension parts. I live ~2hrs away from Unlimited Motors dealership in Fishers, IN so salesman (believe his name was Zach but he didn’t give me a business card) offered to take pics of any blemishes and send them to my phone. He never did so I called back and scheduled a time to stop by and see vehicle. I took a day off work and drove ~2hrs to dealership. Salesman was not personable and didn’t act as if he was interested in selling cars. Classic bait and switch move by the dealership. Advertised the vehicle on multiple car websites at $26,900 for multiple days, quoted me a out the door price (based on that vehicle price) in writing, then when I go to get financing they switch it to $32,900 and say it was a "clerical error". They would not honor the price I had in writing from them. Shady. Run, don't walk, away from this dealership.

Purchased a vehicle 2019 Jetta GLI autobahn it looked beautiful in the videos and the actual drive when the car was delivered about a week later I found that the whole driver side was in an accident I was never told and it was never reported on Carfax at that time And when I went to trade it in they offered me 17 500 I’m out over $5000 at least because of this deceitful practice the dealership knew that certain switches were not operable but never told me When I brought the vehicle to Voltswagen dealership, that’s when I fou... read more

Terrible experience! !! I will never refer anyone to this location. Van purchased 4/6/23. Check engine light pops on 4/20/23, the next day 4/21/23 van won’t start at all. Call the sales person K and he tells us we need to contact our warranty. My husband purchased a 3 year warranty and they want us to use this already??? K provide us his phone number we have been calling playing phone tag with him and his so called boss John May. K finally wants to inform us he’s so called on vacation and John will take care of us. Kay sold me a piece of junk. That mess about a multi-point inspection is a lie or someone doesn't know that they are doing. A day after I purchased I called to return it and was told I couldn't because it was sold "as is". I know the law but I thought there would be some professional courtesy since it had been a day and it was a piece of junk.
