Used Car Purchase Review We had an excellent experience from initial inquiry to final sale! VERY easy and friendly with our best interests in mind. I usually loathe buying cars...this was so different!! We are from the south side and had never heard of Ride N Drive. I called to inquire on a vehicle and told Dan we would be there around 1:00. We arrived at 2:00 and he had it pulled up to the door. We looked it over and Dan greeted us, asking if we wanted to take it for a drive. No pressure, just took my license, made a copy and we left! Cheater and dishonest. I Purchased a vehicle for $19,200 that had major coolant leak (bad radiator that cost me $1,885) that led to blown amplifier located in the trunk area. They spilled the coolant in the trunk while using it to add as needed, once they found out it was spilled, they removed the jug and sold it to me as if it was fine.
This dealership makes promises they don't even intend to keep, especially Ron May!! He stopped responding to my calls after he said he would fulfill a promise!!

Reached out to make a cash offer online. When I got no response, so I called multiple times. The first person I spoke with said "oh, I thought Gary was helping you. (This was my first phone call) He said he would call me back. I had to call back myself, I was connected with Gary. I was told there was a blizzard and couldn't get any more info on the car or purchase until it stopped. I was buying myself a car for on my birthday. I had to reach back out the next day. This dealership is SKETCHY! First off you cant even drive the car before you show up with check in hand, wrong, I have owned two hellcats and I am 62 years old, do you really think I am going to go out and burn the rubber off the tires and spin in around ? Come on! Secondly, there was a price online and when they sent me the purchase agreement it was $1325 higher!
