I purchased a vehicle for my 17 year old daughter as a birthday gift. The salesman Sam was very nice and quick. However, the first time my daughter drove the vehicle (it was trailered home due to me picking it up on my way home from work) she heard a loud noise and the vehicle was shaking. Awful, Belittling Experience Where do I even begin? This was a truly awful experience. Upon my fiancé and I sitting down loan in hand, I was interrogated about my interest rate by Tim the finance guy. He said “It’s sad our financing department can’t give you a better rate than the bank.” It’s none of his business what my interest rate was. He acted ticked off I wasn’t financing through him. Pros and Cons The trade-in went great, the paper work and financing went great, the price was great, everything else made the experience horrible. I purchased the truck late December 2017. I just received the application for the title in the Mail 3/9/2018. Now I have to pay late fees to register the truck along with letters from the lender pressing me to meet registration deadlines.
