I am not one to write such things, but I want to sing the praises of Gerrish Honda in Lebanon. Twice I have needed small repairs, and twice they have been incredibly pleasant and efficient. When I called a few days ago because my back windshield wiper was broken, the woman with whom I spoke gave me some possibilities for repair that I could do myself - rather than spending money to do so. We have always had 120% service at Gerrish Honda!! Steve has seen us through the purchase of 4 Hondas!! He was and is patient and helpful!! He made things happen when I thought he couldn't!!! I brought my car to Upper Valley Honda to have the airbag light fixed (with the light on it didn't pass inspection and only Honda service can fix it apparently). The problem was a broken part that cost $34 - but received an invoice for $434. There is a mandatory $200 fee for running test on the car, then another $200 labor to fix it. I find it ridiculous and a total rip off. Also, please prepare a check to pay with, because they would add another 3% if you pay with credit card.
