Buying the car from here was great. At the time I had such a good experience I decided to give them my business going forward, which included all of my car service needs. On my last two visits they indicated that I needed to replace my brakes by the spring at the most, and they tried to sway me to get it done by saying I would fail my upcoming car inspection. Bought (leased) my third vehicle from Upper Valley Honda this past September. First, I love the experience I had with Lynette and Dan. They did a great job helping upgrade to a bigger car vehicle after driving a Civic. I went from my first car being a CRV which was in an accident, to a civic because I couldn't afford the payments on a new CRV at that time. Went in to find out about returning my daughter's leased Honda and they outright lied to me and gave me misinformation.. told mr. to bring the car in and that they would just buy it from me if it was in great condition and I would not have to pay the return fee..all lies... drove it there and they told me it was all set and just to leave it with the keys. The worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership! Saying we needed brake repairs to pass inspection that were not needed, replacing a power steering assembly that you replaced a part of four months prior and didn’t realize? And top it off with our second car being told it was a 200 repair to fix taillights to pass inspection becoming a 700 repair?? Service Dept is very rude and unable to deal with the public.
Really disappointed. Brought the car in for 3 specific reasons. A recall, oil change and a light dimmer issue. They were so busy trying to upsell me services I didn't need that they never even looked at the dimmer issue. Now I need to reschedule this and be inconvenienced again.
I would give them Zero Stars if I could!!! They Rip off elderly people, they told my friends the new car they bought from them 6 months ago with less than 5k miles was “unsafe” needed brakes and rotors and an alignment, as I said they had only put 5k miles on it!! (They went in for a 6 month maintenance) They thankfully took it to another garage who took off all tires inspected the brakes and rotors and were told Nothing was wrong with the car, no brakes or rotors needed and no alignment needed! I waited 2 hours today for the service department to put my summer tires on. When I approached them after waiting 1.5 hours, they said it would only be a few more minutes but it took another 30 minutes for it to be done.
