0 stars. After purchaseing many new CRV's from them and Gerrish over the years. I purchased a used Toyota Camry from Upper Valley Honda. Before the purchase I noticed a lot of brake dust on the rims and thought it was a red flag. I brought this up to Matt my salesman and they put in the paperwork as a we owe you a brake inspection. Brought it in today for repair as the excessive brake dust has continued. In their "inspection" they stated that everything passed and nothing was wrong. When I asked why so much brake dust they s... read more
I bought a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback last year as a used car, and at the time, they did not disclose to me that the vehicle was a salvage title. Of course, this would have made a big impact on my decision to buy. I did not find out this crucial detail until just recently when I tried to trade the car. There was no information anywhere in the paperwork about the rebuilt title. Also, when I contacted the individuals and managers of the dealership, they could not give me a proper answer. One manager went to go “search” for th... read more

sold this dealership my 2021 Honda CR-V EX-L that had brand new $800 winter tires on it. The service department was closed when I brought my car down to sign papers and was told that they would switch them over and I could come pick them up. I was in the hospital right after selling my car and reached out a week (if that) later about coming to get my tires and heard nothing back. I’ve reached out numerous times with no response back. I wouldn’t work with this dealership again and won’t send anyone else their way either as th... read more
I really had bad experience with this dealership. This happened few weeks ago, I was assigned to this sales person, we were talking about the price of the car and I told him that one of my friends bought a car from them few months ago and that they got theirs at a much lower price and the "feature/add-on" that they told me is "installed" in the car by the MANUFACTURER i.e sentinel wasn't forced on them unlike what they did to me. So well, we were on the phone and this sales guy was like "what's the name of your friend?!" in ... read more
After agreeing on a price on a conversion van provided everything worked like they said it did, they reneged and sold it to somebody else as is. I drove 130 miles to buy this vehicle, after it needed more work than they thought , they told me they weren’t comfortable selling me a piece of junk. A few days later I found out someone wanted to buy it as is. They still have to the soft top to my trade in as well as the $18,000 check I wrote. I wouldn’t trust them enough to buy a key chain from, let alone a vehicle!
1 star dealership here ! If you are purchasing from out of state I would not highly not recommend dealing with this staff over at upper valley Honda . They run a terrible sales operation. My experience started with contacting the internet sales department ( trejee Craig ) by email . Most of my questions were not answered and my points were all ignored as if I was speaking to an automated system and not a human . Out of frustration I asked that I be contacted by a manager . 4 hours later I received call by “ floor / closing m... read more
2020 ridgeline does not blow hot air while idling. Brought it in and was told nothing is wrong. Was told it's just the weather/temp outside and thats what happens. BS!! NO other vehicle I have owned has done this, even in below zero temps! Plugging it into the computer to see if it throws a code does nothing!! Why are mechanics afraid to get their hands dirty to diagnose these days? Oh, I know why, they won't get paid for their time!!!!
Sold us a white Subaru WRX STI that was in a crash and they didn’t disclose that before we bought it. They are selling it again after we already returned it. Do not buy it!! Car fax does not report crash but if you ask a Subaru dealer they will tell you they is no way it wasn’t in a crash!! This dealership conducted illegal activities. DO NOT GO HERE
