Ben at the bowling counter was a real jerk to me! I didnt like his tone of voice towards me. I was immediately contacted by management. It was nice to see that my opinion counted and that they were valued. Uptown is now my favorite place again! Thanks! Update: Management offer a special to me and K reached out and noone has returned my call to make good on it.

Good food, great service. The manager Susan Ryan came over to our table several times and was extreamly friendly, made sure we were being taken care of. Nice atmosphere and good people. Can't say enough about Susan, she's awsome.

Thanks to the manager and he’s staff, they did a wonderful job yesterday for the Breakfast with the Easter Bunny. My niece really enjoyed herself, And when she happy I’m happy. Great job staff,everything went smoothly🙂. We can’t wait until the next event for the kids Thanks again Uptown Alley in Manassas Va⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
