I was told i couldn’t bowl past 12:30 so i talked to the manager susan & she was very helpful & we were able to bowl again! Great customer service!

Very disappointed that UA charges a cover charge now. Sitting here enjoying Fringe Benefits band with about 15 friends and not one single staff person has come by to take any orders. All tables around us being served but ours. Service has always been sketchy but now with a cover charge this is just unacceptable. The management here needs to get their act together!
We were at Uptown Alley on Friday night 3/16 seeing the James Handy Band. The band was great! We also ate dinner there. The food was good and so was the service. The manager AJ and the waitress Tiffany took great care of us. We usually come there a couple times a month to hear the country bands, eat dinner and see our friends.

This review applies only to the bowling area. Three reasons why we'll not return. 1. Too dark to see the marks on the alley, so cannot aim when throwing the bowling ball. May not be an issue of non serious bowlers. 2. Twice during our 3 games the machine did not register pins knocked down, they recorded as 0's. Had to get the front desk person to correct the score. 3. This was our biggest complaint - no service at our lane. No server brought us menus, no one during our 2 hours asked if we needed anything to eat or drink. Aft... read more
