Poor customer service. Overpriced. We were told our laser tag game would be starting in 4 minutes. 30 minutes ago. Still waiting.

Uptown Alley has amazing live performances! their appreciation for all service members is really refreshing. I’ll always stop by when I’m in town and I definitely recommend to anyone who wants great food and family fun at a very fair price! It’s exactly what Manassas mall needed!
As a college student coming back home to Manassas for breaks, Uptown Alley was an awesome surprise! It's a really awesome place to unwind, have some drinks, eat some great food, and play all sorts of fun games with friends! I've never experienced anything like it. My friends and I were served quickly, and the prices are really great for what you're getting back. I come here all the time when I'm home! Didn't have problems with customer service because we weren't rude to the staff. Maybe try the same thing!!
