Terrible and expensive. Went there with a group of 8 and was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour, after an hour and ten minutes they gave our table to someone else and told us it's be about another hour. Three managers later they said we could wait for a table that's about to leave (didn't look like they were in a hurry) and wanted to "take care of us". We left and went elsewhere. A group of my friends visited this establishment for my birthday on 1/13/18. We stayed at the circular bar for several hours. We bought food and drinks. Bar service was terrible at best. When the bills came, they were all wrong. I signed a bill for $16.17 with a $3.00 tip. My card was charged $57.51. I have photo evidence of my signed receipt. I was contacted by someone that runs this FB page and was assured it would be taken care of....TEN DAYS AGO. And, nothing. I will be disputing those charges and telling everyone... read more

Always Slow, Service Sucks, not at all attentive unless you are sitting directly at bar, forget about it if sitting at a table

We've been here a couple times now and the facilities are beautiful, BUT the front desk can't handle multiple people coming at once and the food service is lacking. Complete strangers were commiserating together about the lack of organization in customer service. Management needs to figure out a better system to accommodate a large number of people coming at once because people will stop coming back.
