They did a phenomenal job with my daughter’s birthday party today. There was an issue with the venue/reservation (absolutely no fault of any of the Manassas site staff - booked venue was incorrect with off site sales staff). You not only accommodated a large party with no notice or information and truly went above and beyond. The manager and staff did a wonderful job and made the party a hit with the kids and parents. Thank you!!!!
So here we sit on a Saturday night and we wait and wait and wait for our waiter (Patrick) and he never comes. SO wonderful Tiffany comes to us and asks for our drink order. THANK GOODNESS, because Patrick doesn’t show until we have been sitting for about 20mins. AND THEN we are done and what do the Managers decide to do........call Tiffany into a meeting over in the restaurant area and there we sit waiting and waiting and waiting again and THEN we see Tiffany go off crying!!!
