This place could be a gem, but right now anyway, it is a dump. The men’s bathroom is a disaster area. 1 of 3 toilet stalls work, the sink looks like a sluiceway for a sewage treatment facility. We reserved shoes when we made the reservation… didn’t have the right sizes. Waited over 1 half hour for the drinks we ordered… 3 bartenders… no system. There is little evidence that this place is managed at all.
RecommendedBowling is fun, but the waitress was absolutely awful! No service at all. We had to go to the bar 3 times for Pepsi refills and new orders of beer. She needs to be questioned by management of her absence on the floor. I being in management would have fired her for lack of work that was obvious when scouting for her presence and found none during our family 2 hour bowl. The bigger question is if management even acknowledges this review and deals with it. We shall see!!!

Update 5.21: I received the direct message in the phot below from Michelle, who had been in communication with my husband. While I appreciate Uptown Alley “making it right”, it still doesn’t change the fact that the events took place. This message from Michelle, who is at their corporate sales location, makes it seem like refunding me money was done so as “hush money”. If I could give this no stars I would. I visited this place last night to have some food, drinks and play some pool. I have been there before and have had issues before such as mold on my bun. However, I gave them another shot and even had a bowling birthday party there before. We called ahead to see if it wasn't too busy, they said it wasn't. Cool. I would not recommend this place. On 2/27/21 got to my table at 6pm and still at 630pm no server has yet to get our drink order. Got our drinks at 7pm a very nice female manager. We got our food order brought to us shortly after that. Food was good.
Worst customer service ever! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to have a birthday party there.
