Last weekend was my first and last visit to this terrible place. A group of 5 of us came over after some races at Autobahn Speedway and asked for a table. We were told it would be 10-15 minutes for a table, despite what looked like lots of empty tables. This establishment is so on organized that it’s a joke. Nobody knows what they’re doing because Lenard the general manager is a micromanager doesn’t let anybody do their job and doesn’t have any customer service skills. He could care less that you haven’t been taken care of. All he cares about is making money. I don’t know why somebody would be in the hospitality industry if they can’t even talk to a human being. Came here with my family. My adult sons like to bowl. I asked multiple times for to order food, no one came, and the alley gave us a lane where the bumpers stay up the entire time. It was disappointing and to be honest the experience made me feel unimportant and negligible.
Service here is horrendous..an hour to be served, even acknowledged as servers walked by our table until we approached a manager not once but twice. An hour to get a drink and food and 3hrs to bowl. Will not be going here again...just awful.
We came in tonight to have dinner and play some games with our 3 year old son. We went to the hostess station and was told there was a 45 min to an hour wait to dine in the bar/ restaurant area. there were clearly about 20 open tables from what I could see, maybe more by the kitchen but i couldn't tell. We were told that there were only 3 servers working. So thats why there is a wait. We couldn't wait an hour with our son so we decided to leave. I would need a bigger box to put all my complaints in here. And don’t try to talk to a manager or GM. They don’t contact you back ever! Go elsewhere!
10 dollar cover to see our wonderful local talent...It's a bowling alley people!!! Management thinks they are in Tyson's or Fairfax... shameful!!! Patrons complained about the cover so Uptown doubled it!!! Ridiculous!!!
DO NOT BOOK A PARTY HERE! Even though you give them the details in advance, they are not prepared. The place was almost empty and we were not greeted and were basically ignored. You don't get what was promised. Embarrassed to have my guests there. I had to beg to get someone to help us. Food was very sparse and cold. At $25/pp the amount of food included was a rip off. We went on a Sunday afternoon were told we would have a 1.5 hr wait for a lane. We decided to eat while we waited which took 2 hrs. The food was incredibly slow and they didn't have some of the ingredients on the menu. After eating we went to see about our lane and were told we had to wait an additional 1.5hrs. The reason, two parties had extended their time and expanded into 2 more lanes each. Nope we won't be going back.
