wait staff is not trained and not motivated. Service is Very, Very slow.
If you are there to see a band eat before you go. They had a packed house and three bartenders. Not one server. Food ordered at the bar was delivered to the bar and left sitting (if it even came - took over an hour for our food and it wasn’t even busy when we ordered). Someone’s hot wings got delivered to the bar and we watched someone take one out of it before the bartender grabbed it to deliver it. Management needs to get out of the kitchen and on the floor! We arrived at 2pm on a Saturday and it wasn’t super busy. It looked like a great place! We bought bowling for 4 and there was a 1 hour wait with lots of open lanes. We purchased at 50.00 play card to pass the time. We were texted right at the hour mark and went to our lane. After maybe 25 minutes I went to the bar to order drinks and was told I needed to go back to our lane and wait for a server. I did and no one came. this place is horrible. service is lacking, take your money elsewhere
Waited over 25 min and no server showed up. I flagged down a manager and she didn’t care.
The restaurant provide me some of the worse service I done had in quite sometime. I would not recommend.
Bad service, ervers arguing with each other and the MOD. Food quality is poor and slow to get out.
My family and i came in and once the kids were tuckered out my husband took them home so i could enjoy a few drinks with my girlfriends. While at the bar, our bartender Wendy was very short with us and a condescending. She couldn't sit still for the life of her like she was on some sort of upper. I thought this was a family establishment and i am appalled to see that Uptown Alley has hired drug addicts to work not only here but behind the freakin bar! Its a terrible look for business!
