The worst service and management. Food was good but do not recommend till they figure out how to serve a table. Manager was useless!
Despite the front desk employees by the entrance being friendly the rest of our experience was horrible to the point where we couldn't get service in the Billiards area and walked out without talking to one single server. The worst part of all, was the man at the service counter. Even though a young lady at the hostess stand had said the pool area was self-seating and it is open, he seemed disinterested and bothered that we were sitting down there to begin with. It's a nice place but what i didn't like back in the kitchen the cook is not using gloves when they make your food they are putting their hands on your food with no gloves
They need a lot of work. The concept and decor is great! But... they were not busy at all and we waited 45 min for our food. When the food came, it was cold, under seasoned and just not tasty. The salads are severely undersized for the price with very little on them and runny dressings. The Bahn Mi sandwich didn't taste anything like a Bahn mi. However, the servers and manager were very nice and tried very hard to make it better. We will go again, but we'll wait until they work the bugs out and do more training. I ... read more
