Service is terribly slow and empty for being a new attraction. Our server disappeared for a while, so I went to the bar to order drinks and food. All three bartenders saw and ignored me, as I was not seated at the bar. That is when my server magically reappeared and took our order. 80s cover band isnt too bad.

1st time visiting and they failed.We ordered 2 simple chicken caesar salads, the waitress comes back with two Caesar salad with ranch dressing. When I told her I don't like ranch dressing she insisted on me trying it and I told her point-blank I don't like ranch dressing. So she took the salad back we ended up keeping the other one but she went to her co-workers and complaining to her co-workers about me shaking her head. This place is really expensive in the security guards are a bunch of asshole's, if you're going there be prepared to get harassed by the security guards there.
I like the concept, but the service it's very bad, it wasn't busy at all, and we have to wait a lot for the food, I wait like 30 min just for a glass of water.

Although the bartenders were pleasant upon our initial sit-down they became less engaged; stopped paying attention to what the bar patrons needed & forgot about some food orders because they became slammed with drink orders from the rest of the facility. Long story short...UA needs more team members behind the bar & in the kitchen especially during football season.

Everything was great.. But I just don't like the fact you have to pay by the hour just to bowl...It's like you have to rush... Other than that I was satisfied
