The place is beautiful. Very nice setup but the service is horrible. It took 20 minutes to get new drinks each time then the wrong food came out. We sent the food back after waiting another 35 minutes our boneless wings still hadnt come out, we cancelled and just left. It wasnt even busy so no reason to be so slow. This place wont last long if new staff isnt hired.
Appetizers were awful, we ordered the meatball's and they came out cold. Instead of sending them back we just paid our tab and went to Cracker Barrel down the street.
Loved the atmosphere-bar. Kids loved the arcade. Too bad tho that it litterally took them 3 hours to call us and let us know a bowling lane was ready. Booo we had already rolled out by then. Saturday at 3 come on guys get it together!!!!

This place will uptown funk up your night---and I don't mean that in a good way!!! Go to city tavern..there's better food and cooler people there.
It's been over 2 hours since I escaped this place. It took over 30 minutes for 4 of us (out of 14) to get our drinks and water. The rest of the evening followed suit. My sister ordered a salad and received it 45 minutes prior to anyone else receiving food. The manager was hiding out the entire evening, even after my husband had asked for him. Horrible service. Half of our food came out and the other half didn't come out until an hour after. Great concept with horrible execution. We will not be returning.
