I was very please with my visit! They explained the process to me from start to finish and made sure that I didn’t have any questions left unanswered and were so nice! I’m excited to start my treatment process!
I love the ambience. The first thing that struck me was how clean and pleasant smelling, the place was. Bonnie was the aesthetician that assisted me, and she was lovely. Very patient, relatable, helpful, understanding, and just pleasant. Additionally, the other employees o came across were really pleasant and helpful as well. I loved the cleanliness, organization of staff, space and professionalism. I love how you couldn’t hear other staffers talking about patients or personal things during your visit. I also loveeeee all of the melanin that is apart of the staff. It makes me feel sooo much more comfortable and understood. Day 2 of mino injection and the pill and I’ve already noticed a different on the scale, my waist and mentality/mood. This was the push that I needed. Thank you. (:
