Now that we have succumbed to the “new normal”, the extensive safety measures that USS has taken is phenomenal! I’m here for it! The staff is always polite, knowledgeable and professional.
It was an amazing experience besides one thing. I thought the nurse got her glove caught in my pants while giving a shot turns out I was scraped with something! I have a HUGE scrape down my hip! But besides that everything was great

I was very welcome when I entered urban. Everyone that I met up with for my Consultation on my weight loss journey gave all me all of my information broke it down and ask if I had any questions. I didn't feel rushed like some places. For my 1st visit it was great and l am looking forward to my next ones🤞
