Everyone was nice and professional. A pet peeve of mine is when a business makes you feel like they’re doing you a favor when you’re paying for a service. Everyone I encountered was pleasant. The atmosphere is warming and inviting even with protection for Covid.

I had a great experience. I like that I was greeted at the door and screened for Coronavirus. Everyone was friendly and wearing a mask, except the woman that checked me out. What really stood out was the customer service. I confused the date of my appointment. I could have understandably been rescheduled. But I wasn’t. They warned the machine back up and treated me. The new process due to covid is very streamlined and efficient. I was greeted at my car and escorted in and I appreciate the safety measures to ensure everyone’s safety. My visit was very smooth and and as always they staff was great.
