I love visiting Urban Skin Solutions for Laser Hair removal. Sheretta is very good and always offers practical skin care tips when needed. The staff are professional and she is usually on time for my appointments. Also the laser try use is very friendly to ethnic skin and causes little to no side effects.
Nice friendly atmosphere. No long wait time. I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Very please with my decision to go there.
I was blown away by the service I received. They took their time to explain everything, answered my questions, and ensured when I left, I was ready for my new lifestyle. I have been to several Med Spas' and this is the best experience I have every received and I have been to the "Voted Best" in Raleigh previously. The permea fraxel laser quite literally changed my skin and life! It was indeed painful, but after each session (3 total), my skin began to take products so much better and I can see the difference in dark marks and texture.
My visit at Urban care Solutions was wonderful! The ladies there were very professional and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable about the treatment and understanding. I absolutely LOVE the staff at USS! I feel like my voice is heard, my needs are address, and it's all done with a smile. I have more confidence in my appearance which is a huge accomplishment considering I was plagued with acne all my life. Micro needling, microderm abrasions, and IPL treatments were keys to the change in my skin. I highly recommend anyone who is dealing with these problems AND the aging process to check out Urban Skin Solutions.
