Upon my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, and chic decor the of the spa! The aesthetics added to my overal experience. Since later visits, I have continued to appreciate the outstanding service I’ve been provided. My Esthetician, Gracie, has been more than knowledgeable and always with a smile!

Everyone at Urban Skin Solutions is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in determining the right treatment for each individual. They offer so many treatments not available in the Charlotte area, and I'm very thankful for that. Their products are also amazing and better than most skincare lines I've tried.

This was my very first time getting laser hair removal and Urban Skin Solutions came highly recommended from my esthetician who used to work here years ago. When I went to get my mandatory consultation the Patient Assistance Coordinator by the name Christine was wonderful as she assessed my skin to see if I was a good candidate for laser hair removal.
