Upon my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, and chic decor the of the spa! The aesthetics added to my overal experience. Since later visits, I have continued to appreciate the outstanding service I’ve been provided. My Esthetician, Gracie, has been more than knowledgeable and always with a smile!
Urban Skin is a relaxing place to go for all your skin care needs. I have been a member since 2012 and I have never been disappointed. The staff treats you like family.
I absolutely love Urban Skin Solutions! Sharetta is so amazing, nice, and great at her job! I have never left disappointed with her work. I cannot say enough great things. Everyone at Urban Skin Solutions is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in determining the right treatment for each individual. They offer so many treatments not available in the Charlotte area, and I'm very thankful for that. Their products are also amazing and better than most skincare lines I've tried.

This was my very first time getting laser hair removal and Urban Skin Solutions came highly recommended from my esthetician who used to work here years ago. When I went to get my mandatory consultation the Patient Assistance Coordinator by the name Christine was wonderful as she assessed my skin to see if I was a good candidate for laser hair removal.
