David was very knowledgeable and patient - and he also introduced me to a *fantastic* realtor. David was always available (he even took my call when he was on vacation) but if he needed to call back he always did it when he said he would do it. Very reliable, very professional. The professionalism of the team and their sense of urgency to keep the process moving as fast as possible to get you into the home your buying.
