Christie was always there for us every step of the way. She was able to explain everything to us and gave us real info not just what we wanted to hear. She made sure this was something we could actually afford and was excited with us when we got our new home!

Joel saves everyone time by obtaining necessary info upfront, and he honestly approves or disapproves buyers. If he disapproves, he explains why and he explains how to work on getting approved later on. He’s saved multiple loans for my own homes that other lenders could not get to close. Joel closed them!

From the beginning of the process, Shane was very flexible with my situation as well as being very informative when it came to my options and what was needed along the way.
