The entire process was very cut and dry, seamless throughout. Jeff communicated every step along the way and if we had a question, he reached out immediately to provide an answer. From offer to close we were done in 30 days. The App was great as well to upload documents and see where the loan was in the process.

I really appreciated how much you knew about using the Maine first time homebuyer program (plus the first generation enhancement).
