No problems here, always look at the shipper's feedback before hitting the except button, it's not Uships fault that you accepted a bid from a dead beat.
Uship takes care of their customers. We have used UShip many times for our vintage furniture business. Thankfully we have been very lucky with the shippers we have found- reading reviews is key. We recently had a shipper that delivered a piece damaged in transit. Uship had great communication with me and the shipper as we worked it out. My experience with Uship has been nothing short of outstanding. In every interaction with the team members they have gone above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the results. They have been trully professional and went the extra mile to provide the most competitive rates I have gotten. That is very important, when they save you the dough you need to operate your business.
