The website/app was fairly easy to use and submit a request. I was a little apprehensive at first but the shipper i used was VERY reliable and efficient.

Pretty happy shipping a motorcycle from an out of state dealer to me. It was a little confusing and the carrier could improve communication. Now that I know how it works I could do it again.
