I didn’t get everybody’s name; Lucy, Holly,Hannah, Dr M., techs who helped me through the front door and through the visit all went out of their way to assist. Thanks for treating our family as your own!
Have been. going here for sometime with my cats and always professional and knowledgeable staff. Love the sympathetic Drs.and nurses and how well they explain everything.
I brought my dog In for an emergency vet appointment, as usual Dr Humphrey was the best! She made me feel better explained everything to my understanding! ❤️
Great experience with my cat Thomas. Problem identified by Dr. Humphrey and she answered questions. Got in quickly.
Our visit to Valley was great! The tech staff was attentive and friendly. Dr. Weichman is the greatest! She's been our vet since 1982 (four dogs) and we love her. She has loved each of our pets and us. We are so grateful for her care for Wrigley.
I want to address my recent experience with the customer service at Animal Valley Hospital, as it has not met the expectations I have for a professional establishment. I feel that Teresa and Natalie would greatly benefit from additional training in customer service and effective communication. Their approach to problem-solving was disappointing and not what I would expect from a business in this field.
