I was treated so kindly by the staff here. The vet and both the technicians that serviced us were knowledgeable, skilled and patient. You can tell they truly care for the animals here because of how informed they kept me of everything that was being done and everything they noticed was going on. Rather than trying to sell me a product, they advised me and advocated for the health of my cat in a way that felt professional and kind. They were wonderful! Very compassionate, understanding, and patient. The doctor explained things to me and they gave the pricing upfront so we knew what we were spending it was a great experience.
They've been helpful with my 18 year old maltipoo, treating her with care, never been pushy. I do the minimum with her. Over the years I have seen various techs and vets providing good care, doesn't seem overpriced, although vet care is never cheap. Always able to get an appointment when needed.
The staff and doctor were friendly and knowledgeable throughout the visit. The staff and Dr. Frain have been amazing. My dog is going through cancer and I could have not asked for a more caring place
