They were very helpful and professional. One of the three issues I went in for hasn't improved at all. I'm waiting for the memory to remember it's new commands. I'll give it a few more days as suggested and if nothing changes I will be taking it back.

Katie was my service person. She was helpful, thorough, and pleasant to speak with.
Overall good, my only complaint was two porters took my info before taking my vehicle from me, asked the same exact questions. Not sure why I had to wait for the second porter. Also, I gave them my number as I am the one who brings the vehicle and each time. But yet they called my husband and text him when the vehicle is ready. Also, I waited 15 more minutes out by the porters before someone acknowledged me to get my vehicle.

Very good service, everything was fine
The service was done in less time than expected. When I went to pick my vehicle I was send to the service desk, than to one of the members outside on green or dealership shirt, than I was told I have to get to the person I first give my vehicle which wasnt around. Finally someone help me out and checked me out. I was given my paperwork, but wasnt told nothing or any advice. Service advisor was professional and courteous. Price was ok. Staff that took my vehicle back to service (or maybe the one who brought it back out) couldn't follow directions. I emphatically stated Do Not Move My Drivers Seat! But they did anyway!!!
